Rosemary Nelson practices TriYoga-style yoga, which uses both flowing and sustained postures.
Nina Echegaray practices alignment-based Iyengar yoga.
Ciana Barnaba practices Kripalu yoga.
Carol Almas Iancu offers classes focused on alignment, flow, breath and energy.
**Sunday’s Community Class—$25 drop-in; $80 for 4-class pass; or Pay What You Can—No one turned away!
Each instructor is independent of the studio, and is paid directly. Rosemary, Nina and Ciana charge $20 for drop-ins and offer class passes.
