Carol, a yoga practitioner for more than 25 years, began teaching in 2006. She believes yoga and meditation practice help us discover our true nature, tap into hidden potential, and live more authentic, confident and healthy lives. She completed teacher trainings focused on various methods of yoga, including yin, alignment-based, slow flow, vinyasa, and the Ashtanga primary series, and studied with many renowned and inspiring teachers, including Barbara Benagh, Natasha Rizopoulos, Josh Summers, and Tim Miller. She is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher at the 500-level (RYT500), since 2014.

Skillfully and intuitively creating a safe space for all levels, Carol offers modifications to challenge advanced practitioners, protects those working with injuries, and provides strong foundations for beginners; she also deeply values wisdom gained from her students. Her guided meditations promote mindfulness, self-compassion, and expanded consciousness.

Carol worked for 26 years as a Massachusetts Assistant Attorney General enforcing state and federal environmental laws, with a focus on air and climate change. She studies and practices Sufism and is active in numerous leadership programs related to the arts of alchemy and guidance. She recently relocated to the Berkshires to pursue these passions.
