Gain a greater understanding of standing poses, basic twists, sitting poses and forward bends.
In this class, we’ll pay close attention to detail, proper alignment, and sequencing of
asanas, emphasizing this as a way to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and greater
endurance. We’ll conclude with a deep relaxation.

Through this kind of practice, we learn to
experience how to connect body, mind and breath.
